Anna's Yarn Mansion: "Afghan Progress Check In Time ! ! !

Well, I thought it was time to show some progress on my 63 squares afghan. I promised to update everytime I complete a strip, and that's exactly what I'm doing right now. Last night, I joined together my third of six strips (with 7 squares to each strip; remember I'm only doing 42 squares, not the whole 63 squares). This project is gonna be really expensive, but I already love the way my afghan feels and drapes. All of these different stitches coming together really shows the beauty of crochet. I plan to make the 63 square sampler knit afghan too.... I just think I'll be more economical about it and use Lion Brand's Wool Ease instead..."

Let's give Anna moral support to finish her project. Keep it up, Anna.
